i was quite disapointed with my stay. the breakfast was mediocre, and the check-in machines were beyond confusing. of course, despite the struggles, i didn’t even receive an upgrade as a gracious gesture. clearly, that level of hospitality is not their priority!

Perfect for a family getaway

The location was great, less than 5 minutes to the station, which made it easy to get around and check out the sights. We also made use of the coin-operated laundry, which was a lifesaver for cleaning up some of our clothes before moving on.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still worth it for the convenience and comfort.

I stayed in a Small Twin Room and it was pretty cozy! The room was small, but that’s expected in Japan. The bathroom area was spacious and had a great shower. Location was a win. just a few minutes from Toyama Station. Plus, it was nice that there were plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby.
